held to the older standards.

A boutique firm founded in Lahore in 1998. We work with a small number of Pakistani owners, investors and family offices who want the same senior person on the phone every single time.

The firm

Independent.
Senior.
In writing.

Boutique advisory built on three things clients can verify: no developer retainers, no ghost partners, no verbal-only agreements. Every scope is written, every fee is printed.

How we work

Four principles.
Written down.
Followed.

01

Independence

No developer retainers, no builder referral fees, no under-the-table splits. Our only fee is the one on your invoice, printed and signed.

02

Seniority

The person you meet in the first hour is the person on your mandate for its full length. No handoffs to juniors, no ghost partners.

03

Discretion

Your name, your address and your numbers stay inside the firm. Case studies published only with your signed consent.

04

Restraint

We turn down more work than we take. It is the only way to hold the first three principles, quarter after quarter.

About the firm

Common questions,
frankly answered.

Discretion aside, we prefer to be plain about how we work.

  • An advisor. Brokers are paid by transactions; we are paid by hours. That difference decides whose interest gets served first.

We work with a small number of owners.
There is room for one more.
